Boating Manager - Lake Rickabear Summer Camp

The boating manager oversees all boating activities, ensures the safety of campers in the water, and maintains waterfront equipment. They are also responsible for supervising staff and implementing safety protocols in accordance with american red cross guidelines.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold current american red cross certifications in lifeguarding, first aid, cpr, aed, and waterfront skills. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, work in a rustic camp environment, and enforce safety regulations.
