Resident Advisor Student Assistant

The resident advisor will facilitate the social and academic integration of students into the university by monitoring residence hall activities and providing mentorship. They will also plan student development events and collaborate with staff to ensure a safe and inclusive community environment.

Applicants must be current csuf students in good academic standing with at least a 2.00 gpa and be authorized to work in the united states. The role requires living in residence halls for the duration of the summer program and attending all mandatory training sessions.
