Group Instructor- Enrichment ( Bilingual Homework helper)

The group instructor is responsible for the overall operation, development, and implementation of the enrichment program, which includes guiding class participants through activities and ensuring program safety standards are met. This role also involves communicating with parents, establishing procedures, and maintaining equipment inventory.

Candidates must possess knowledge of both spanish and english and have appropriate prior experience working with children. Essential qualifications include excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to use independent judgment while adhering to ymca guidelines.
