- Duties: Work collaboratively providing ABA services within our service model within clinic, home, and community settings. Serve as a model to behavior technicians in providing effective and compassionate ABA. Participate in mentorship and case review meetings to develop clinical skills. Under the direction of the Clinical Director and with support from an assigned BCBA you will develop the skillset needed to work independently upon certification. As part of the supervisory team, you will train RBT's, develop programs, provide caregiver training, and assist in treatment plan development.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2 years ABA experience Enrolled in, or have completed, BACB approved coursework BA/BS Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing Reliable transportation, proof of valid California driver's license, safe driving record, and proper auto insurance and vehicle registration If you are interested in working with us, please submit an application.
