Behavior Technician (BT)

Implement individualized aba treatment plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. Collect and record data to track client progress while providing compassionate support to clients and their families.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work physically with young children. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and either hold or be willing to obtain rbt certification.
