The teacher aide assists the lead teacher in managing classroom operations to ensure a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. They are responsible for implementing curriculum, supervising children, and maintaining effective communication with parents and staff.

Candidates should have entry-Level knowledge of child development and state licensing regulations, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in the childcare industry is preferred, and certification in cpr and first aid is required.
