Healthy Families Bilingual Spanish Family Support Specialist

The family support specialist delivers parent and child education services through home visits to families with children aged 0-3. They are responsible for connecting families with community resources, maintaining accurate documentation, and promoting positive parent-Child relationships.

Candidates must be bilingual in spanish and english and have experience working with diverse latinx communities. A high school diploma is the minimum requirement, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
