Peer Counselor Parent Partner - WISe Wraparound Services

Provide strength-Based peer support to caregivers of youth in the wise program to facilitate in-Home stabilization and crisis reduction. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and act as a bridge between families and community systems.

Requires lived experience in complex child-Serving systems and the ability to obtain washington state peer counselor certification within one year. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, access to a private vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check and driving record screening.
