Instructional Aide

The instructional aide will collaborate with teachers to implement individualized education programs and behavioral interventions for elementary students. They are responsible for monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and fostering a safe, supportive learning environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain a california driver's license. Experience working with children in special education or behavioral health settings is preferred, along with the ability to obtain crisis management certification.
