Behavior Specialist

The behavior specialist implements positive behavior support programs and provides targeted interventions to enhance student outcomes. They also perform crisis intervention, maintain behavioral records, and collaborate with iep teams to monitor student progress.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain crisis management certification. Experience working with children in special education or behavioral health settings is preferred, along with knowledge of aba principles.
