Core responsibilities
The lead teacher is responsible for executing daily lesson plans and maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment for children. They must also communicate effectively with parents and team members while documenting child progress using technology.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a child development associate (Cda) credential or 60 semester hours of college credit including 6 in early childcare. A minimum of one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting and current cpr/First aid certification are also required.
