Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with children, following prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans. They are also responsible for collecting data, writing session notes, and communicating client progress to caregivers under the guidance of a bcba.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. The role requires the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, kneeling, and chasing clients, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
