Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with children aged 2-12 to teach foundational skills and self-Advocacy. Collect and record session data, maintain therapy notes, and communicate progress to caregivers under the guidance of a bcba.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting 30 pounds and performing various movements like kneeling, squatting, and running to ensure client safety.
