Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The rbt will provide one-On-One aba therapy to support client skill development and behavior-Reduction goals under bcba supervision. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting accurate session data, and maintaining professional rapport with families.

Candidates must hold an active rbt certification and have completed the required 40-Hour rbt training course. Familiarity with aba terminology, data collection, and hipaa regulations is required, with preference given to those with experience working with individuals with special needs.
