Dementia Care Assistant II - Integrated Memory Care - School of Nursing

The dementia care assistant ii implements care strategies for clients in home or assisted living settings and documents activities within the epic system. They also facilitate team communication, provide training to new staff, and engage in community outreach to expand the memory care program.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with prior experience in dementia care and working with older adults. Candidates must possess the ability to self-Transport to senior living communities and reside within the state of georgia.
