  • Date: Immediate Opening POSITION OVERVIEW Dragonfly Cares is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians(RBT) and Behavior Technicians(BT) to join our team in full-time school-based positions.
  • In this role, technicians will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum within a school setting. Team members will work closely with supervising BCBAs and school staff to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, support skill development, and help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally throughout the school day. This position is ideal for compassionate, dependable individuals who are passionate about supporting students and making a meaningful impact in an educational environment. This position offers a pay range of $23-$26/hour based on education, certifications, and experience in the field.
