Core responsibilities

The swim team coach will assist the head swim team coach in writing and leading group workouts designed to improve participants' swimming technique in both indoor and outdoor pools. Responsibilities also include promoting life time products and services and ensuring the aquatics facilities remain clean and orderly.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have at least one year of swim coaching experience, along with current asca and usa swimming memberships. Required certifications include cpr/Aed, with lifeguard certification needed within 60 days of hire.
