Lactation Consultant Nurse (Per Diem Puyallup)

The lactation consultant nurse coordinates newborn care and provides lactation support to mothers in the postpartum period. They also facilitate patient care, conduct assessments, and provide education to both families and medical staff.

Candidates must be a registered nurse with an ibclc certification and at least two years of nursing experience in a pediatric or ob-Gyn setting. A high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass medication and iv administration tests are required.
