POSITION OVERVIEW Dragonfly Cares is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a part-time role in a welcoming and supportive environment- Dragonfly's St. James and Melville Centers, with availability to see students on weekdays during afternoon and early evening hours (3-7pm). This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated support team and provide essential speech and language services to children. The hourly rate range for this role would be $65-90/hr based on experience in the field. WHAT YOU'LL DO Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. Provide direct speech therapy services to children, focusing on improving communication skills. Collaborate with staff and parents regularly. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. A willingness and passion for continued growth and learning.
