After School Coordinator Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and facilitating individual or small-Group learning activities. They also collaborate with lead guides to maintain an orderly, engaging, and respectful environment for children.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting. A positive, collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in the montessori approach are required.
