  • Knowledge: Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics.

We want joyful, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have

  • Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program (MACTE preferred).
  • Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school or related field, and previous lead teacher experience preferred.
  • Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply.
