Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The rbt will implement individualized aba treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba to support client skill development and behavior-Reduction goals. Responsibilities include collecting accurate session data and maintaining professional rapport with clients and their families.

Candidates must hold an active rbt certification and possess an understanding of hipaa regulations and confidentiality practices. Previous experience working with individuals with special needs and familiarity with aba terminology are preferred.
