Physical Therapist - Oklahoma

Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to children aged 0-21 years as prescribed by a physician. Collaborate with administration and other disciplines to promote consistent and quality services for children and families.

Must have a current, unrestricted physical therapist license approved by the oklahoma licensing board. Pediatric experience is preferred.
