Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism under the guidance of a bcba. They use evidence-Based techniques to teach essential life skills while managing and reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass a background check. Applicants must also be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing various movements like bending, kneeling, and squatting.
