Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and well-Supervised classroom environment. They must also build positive relationships with families and ensure compliance with all licensing and safety standards.

Candidates should have experience in early childhood education and meet state licensing requirements for lead teachers. An associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to obtain necessary background clearances.
