Lead Childcare Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and maintaining an organized, safe classroom environment. They must also manage child assessments, portfolios, and maintain professional communication with families.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma and an associate degree or higher, along with early childhood education credentials. The role requires the ability to pass background checks and the physical capacity to lift up to 40 lbs.
