1 aba therapy to children on the autism spectrum to increase developmental skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Responsibilities include collecting data, following individualized treatment plans, and assisting with caregiver training.

Candidates must hold a current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification or be willing to complete training within 45 days. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with the physical ability to perform tasks like lifting 50lbs and moving quickly.
