Core responsibilities
The behavioral specialist will implement the rti²-B framework and facilitate school-Wide positive behavioral interventions and supports (Pbis) across all tiers. They will also analyze behavior data to identify trends and provide direct interventions to support student social-Emotional growth and classroom management.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have experience working with students in a school or youth development setting and demonstrate proficiency in behavior intervention strategies. While no formal degree is required, knowledge of pbis, rti²-B frameworks, and trauma-Informed practices is highly preferred.
