Behavior Technician

Provide evidence-Based applied behavioral analysis (Aba) therapy to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder in home and community settings. Collect and document behavior and skill acquisition data while collaborating with bcbas and clinical directors to implement tailored treatment plans.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma, and have reliable transportation for travel to client homes. Applicants must be willing to undergo background clearance and complete initial training, with a minimum availability of 9 hours per week during afternoon and evening hours.
