Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The behavior analyst is responsible for the direct oversight and clinical programming of a caseload of approximately 7 clients to ensure quality outcomes. They also serve as a leader and mentor for rbts and other staff to foster a culture of integrity and excellence.

Candidates must hold a bcba or bcba-D certification and possess strong clinical experience in early intervention and behavior reduction. The role requires physical ability to interact with children, proficiency in mac os, and the ability to manage data collection systems.
