Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment while implementing curriculum and signature programs. They must also manage classroom operations, ensure licensing compliance, and maintain positive communication with families and team members.

Candidates must meet state licensing requirements for lead teachers, which typically include a high school diploma or ged and relevant experience or credentials. An associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education is preferred, along with the ability to obtain necessary background clearances.
