What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
  • Track and record session data (Rethink) within 24 hours
  • Support skill development and behavior goals
  • Communicate with families and your clinical team

  • Active RBT certification (required)

  • Strong communication and reliability
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
