What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
- Track and record session data (Rethink) within 24 hours
- Support skill development and behavior goals
- Communicate with families and your clinical team

Requirements
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children
- Basic understanding of ABA and data collection
- Strong communication and reliability
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Session note taking
