Hourly Rate

What You’ll Be Doing: Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Work across home, school, and/or center-based settings Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity Collect and record session data accurately (Rethink) within 24 hours Collaborate with families and your clinical team to support client progress Participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings What We’re Looking For: Current RBT certification (In good standing) At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with ABA data collection and documentation A patient, creative, and compassionate approach Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
