Behavioral Support Coach

The behavioral support coach implements behavior intervention plans and provides one-On-One coaching to help individuals improve their emotional and social functioning. They are responsible for documenting client progress, reinforcing positive behaviors, and collaborating with families and professionals to maintain a supportive environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, with an associate or bachelor degree in a related field preferred. Applicants are required to have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
