Core responsibilities
Instructors are responsible for leading youth and families in ymca-Approved activities while maintaining a safe environment for all participants. They must also provide support and encouragement to participants and promote other ymca programs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold relevant certifications such as cpr, aed, and first aid. Experience in the chosen program area or a nationally recognized group exercise certification is required.
