Lead Teacher, CIRI Summer English Academy

The lead teacher will design and implement culturally responsive, trauma-Informed lesson plans for refugee youth in a self-Contained classroom. They are also responsible for supervising student activities and collaborating with staff to foster a supportive community environment.

Candidates must hold a current and valid teaching certification and possess prior classroom teaching experience. Proficiency in working with english language learners and strong cultural competence are essential for this role.
