Speech Language Pathologist

The speech language pathologist assesses, diagnoses, and treats students with communication challenges while developing individualized treatment plans aligned with iep goals. They collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into the school day to support functional communication and academic access.

Candidates must hold an illinois state board of education or illinois department of financial and professional regulation speech and language pathologist license. A background check and physical exam are also required for this position.
