Youth Development Professional - Afterschool Program

The youth development professional plans, implements, and supervises educational and recreational activities for youth in an afterschool setting. They are responsible for ensuring member safety, fostering a positive environment, and maintaining effective communication with families and community stakeholders.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have experience working with children. Mandatory requirements include the ability to manage behavior, organize safe activities, and obtain cpr and first aid certifications.
