Adjunct Faculty - Human Nutrition

The adjunct instructor provides learning experiences in classroom or online settings using various teaching methods and technological aids. They are responsible for managing student behavior, evaluating performance, providing academic counseling, and performing administrative tasks such as grading and attendance tracking.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree or higher from an accredited program with at least 15 credit hours in the assigned subject area. Additionally, at least two years of practical experience in the course content area is required, with three years of teaching experience preferred.
