Student Navigator

The student navigator is responsible for marketing and recruiting families for the avance to college program while providing case management and coaching to participants. They also coordinate educational activities, conduct home visits, and assist families in accessing community resources and workforce development opportunities.

Candidates must possess at least an associate degree in education, social work, psychology, or a related field. Additionally, applicants are required to have at least one year of experience in college and career readiness or workforce development and must be bilingual in english and spanish.
