Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will shadow and assist bcbas in implementing treatment plans while collecting electronic data on client behaviors. They are also responsible for engaging clients in therapeutic activities and communicating progress to families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and the ability to obtain cpr certification. A passion for working with children with special needs and the willingness to complete the rbt training program are required.
