Head Start Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing children while managing classroom activities and curriculum implementation. They also build relationships with families and mentor fellow teachers to ensure a high-Quality learning environment.

Candidates must have an associate’s degree or higher in early childhood education or a cda in infant/Toddler. Experience leading a classroom and the ability to meet state and center-Specific requirements are also required.
