Lead Teacher Pre-K Classroom

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing the creative curriculum while ensuring the safety, security, and nurturing of children in the classroom. They must also document child progress, maintain sanitary conditions, and communicate effectively with parents and staff.

Candidates must possess a child development associate (Cda) or an associate degree in education, with a bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in an early childhood program and fluency in spanish are required.
