BCBA

The bcba is responsible for managing caseloads, conducting functional behavior assessments, and developing behavior intervention plans. They also provide oversight to registered behavior technicians and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective behavior support strategies.

Candidates must hold a valid bcba certification and have completed 8-Hour supervision training. Experience in treating children with severe behavioral issues and autism spectrum disorder is required, along with background and health clearances.
