Core responsibilities
The behavior technician implements individualized treatment plans designed by a bcba using positive reinforcement and play-Based teaching. They are also responsible for collecting accurate progress data and maintaining collaborative relationships with families and the clinical team.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and tb test. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and availability for scheduled sessions between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm.
