School Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will work directly with students in the classroom to implement behavior therapy techniques and support functional skill development. They are responsible for collecting behavior data, documenting progress, and collaborating with school teams to foster student independence.

Candidates must be a registered behavior technician or willing to pursue certification, and possess either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, 48 college credits, or a passing parapro praxis score. Experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred but not required.
