Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will shadow and assist bcbas in implementing treatment plans while collecting electronic data on client progress. They are also responsible for engaging clients in therapeutic activities and maintaining regular communication with families regarding daily progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a passion for working with children with special needs. Additionally, applicants must be willing to complete the 40-Hour rbt training program and obtain cpr certification prior to their start date.
