The lead teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and managing classroom activities to promote child development. They also mentor fellow teachers and build strong relationships with families to support center success.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess experience in leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must also be able to meet state and company requirements for childcare and engage in physical activity with children.
