Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans one-On-One with children diagnosed with autism under the guidance of a bcba. This involves teaching communication and social skills while using evidence-Based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass a background check. You must also be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and obtaining necessary certifications like cpr and first aid.
