Pediatric Patient and Family Support Specialist

The specialist supports the emotional and developmental needs of pediatric patients through therapeutic interventions and medical play to reduce anxiety. They collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans and provide support to families during medical experiences.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in child life, psychology, social work, or a related field and have at least two years of experience working with children and families. A basic life support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
